We require not only virtual meetings with prospective owners, but also at least one in-person meeting on "gotcha day". We do not ship.

There are a few options for getting your pug/puppy:
- Owners can travel to Alabama (there is an international airport in Birmingham) (if flying with your pug or puppy, a health certificate and additional vet visit will be required, typically an additional cost of $200)
- We can deliver personally. Depending upon our work schedules and dates, we can deliver the puppy to you for additional costs. If flying, the added Health Certificate ($200) and additional vaccinations ($90), air fare tba, pet 'ticket' (typically $125), 1-2 nights hotel, and $250 travel expense budget. If a car rental is needed then this would entail an additional expense but, typically, we meet up at your airport, We have also driven to meet people partway which requires a car rental fee (which is cheaper than mileage reimbursement) and small travel expense budget dependent upon distance (possible hotel expense if traveling far). We try to travel as inexpensively as possible -- i.e. Motel 6, coach, economy -- but some airlines require an upgrade (i.e. Southwest, although their policies are changing) if traveling with a pet. The only disadvantage to this step (aside from our own health lol) is that owners won't be able to meet the parents, aunts, grandparents, siblings etc. but hopefully, there are enough photos and videos and posts on our website for you to have gotten an idea what they're like! TMI ;) I know, but we love our grumble so much.
- We DO NOT use pet nannies. We MUST deliver the pug or puppy to you personally. No exceptions.
