Cindy and Lola received their 3rd round of puppy vaccinations at the vet earlier this week, so in a few days (they say 2 weeks --- perhaps 10 days ? after final shots) they will be able to explore in more public places (on the ground, too). Here is Cindy with Dr. Williams. Our vet is so amazing with animals. Cindy was listening to everything the doc said. Last night, Cindy, Lola, and Umberto tagged along with Amy and a nice woman from Georgia who might be interested in owning a future puppy. Rojo is a neighborhood restaurant that is dog friendly (sitting on the patio at least). We had a nice walk there ("walk" in quotes for the young girls since they shouldn't be walking on the ground in public places just yet ... Parvo and all. When we do outings with puppies before they are fully vaccinated, we stay inside the stroller, or sit in laps and such.) It was a delightful day with highs in 80s for a change (instead of almost 100 degrees. Sigh. Alabama). Fall can't get here soon enough!
